ok so here is a dumbass, 23 year old, was at a bridge urinating because he had been drinking…his friend, 21-year old called the police and told them that his friend fell off a bridge 30 feet into a grassy area…the 23 year old was pretending to fall and he actually fell…

seriously, how pathetic and dumb is this? the police didn’t give his identity to the public….thats because i think the cops didn’t want this dumbass to be revealed for obvious reasons…
